ABOUT BAKER

At Baker, we believe the cannabis shopping experience should be as comfortable and personalized as it is in every other retail environment. Unfortunately, because of strict policy and antiquated technology, business owners have been caught in a race to the bottom, forced to slash prices just to stay competitive. With expertise in retail, technology and cannabis we have created an industry-specific tool that allows dispensaries and brands to engage with customers and build brand loyalty through a personalized shopping experience.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE

All Baker team members get a new Apple computer and the accessories they need to get the job well done. Our workspace comes furnished with all the basics, and we have added a number of options to accommodate all kinds of workers. From standing desks to stability balls, there's a seat for you at Baker.

NECESSITIES

We snack like champions. Bulk sized containers of pretzels, trail mix, and assorted healthy goodies are restocked weekly, along with a variety of La Croix flavors to keep you fueled and hydrated. Lunch n Learns take place every month. We will cover a new topic each time, and provide free lunch to those in attendance.

ONBOARDING

Every new employee will undergo a 90 Day Onboarding period. This will include culture training, tutorials on our products from each department, and of course a New Kid Happy Hour where you can get to know the other members of your new work family.
